1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bs999 ("bs999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bs999 website at bs999.bio, including all associated casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, promotional programmes and any other features or content made available through the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the bs999 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, device, IP address or payment method are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bs999 reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and identity information required for Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. bs999 reserves the right to request supporting identification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC or NICOP)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account screenshot)

Accounts that fail KYC verification or where documents cannot be validated will be suspended until the verification process is completed. Withdrawals from bs999 are only processed to verified accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. bs999 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bs999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bs999 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply separate charges at their discretion, for which bs999 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Available methods and their applicable limits are displayed in the bs999 cashier section and may change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 (subject to method-specific limits)
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts with no active wagering requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bs999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Large or unusual withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced review and additional documentation requirements.

Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for operational expenses. bs999 does not pay interest on player balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. bs999 does not accept requests to cancel, modify or reverse confirmed bets except where an error attributable solely to bs999 has demonstrably occurred.
• bs999 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error, technical fault, or corrupted data feed has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
• In-play cricket markets (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test) are subject to market suspension during live events. bs999 is not liable for unavailability of in-play markets due to data feed issues or regulatory restrictions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market

• Accessing bs999 in a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law
• Any conduct that bs999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players
